Αντικείμενο: This is a project to understand the practical obstacles for the use of the EIO Directive and the Framework Decisions on the ESO, EPO and on prisoner transfers as feasible alternatives to EAWs or as effective responses to the over-use of pre-trial detention of non-nationals and non-residents.
