Αντικείμενο: The project contributes to the coordinated monitoring and identification of hazardous waste imported illegally from Greek and Cypriot ports and customs, one of the major illicit trade gateways to the EU territory. The general objective of the MoniCoT project is to enhance frontline law enforcement with the ability to implement the EU and international regulation via improved monitoring, identification, detention and timely prosecution of illicit hazardous waste traded through transboundary movements, in the EU southeastern border.
