Αντικείμενο: The project contributes a pragmatic approach to the development of the area of e-justice and the enforcement of claims beyond the mere service of documents. It focuses on the identification, documentation and removal of existing barriers for e-justice solutions for dematerialized access to information and enforcement performed by judicial officers and the identification of feasible solutions for overcoming them.

This pragmatic approach has a double-fold advantage: on the one hand it deepens the knowledge of national systems, their intricacies and the problems deriving from their interoperability and on the other hand it proposes practical and feasible solutions compliant with the principles of e-justice.
